At crestawear.com, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Intimates, swimwear, or lingerie (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at service@crestawear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)

  4. Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method

💡 We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Changed your mind / doesn't fit ❌ Customer pays
Exchange for a different size/color ❌ Customer pays (return shipping for original item)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

  • We will refund the product price only – original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)


5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process above and specify the desired replacement item in your email.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you

  • You will be charged for the new item at the time of shipment (or we can help you place a new order directly)

💡 Tip: If you're unsure about sizing, consider ordering multiple sizes and returning what doesn't fit. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@crestawear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (clear and well-lit)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.


7. International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error)

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during return shipping are the customer's responsibility

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt
